Version 1.0 · September 2026 · Convenience translation — the German version governs.
1.1 All services under the Salsa Seda brand are provided by ByNoon (sole proprietorship / eenmanszaak under Dutch law), trading as Salsa Seda ("we"). Contact: info@salsaseda.com.
1.2 These terms apply to all bookings of classes, single sessions, packages, subscriptions, workshops and private lessons via salsaseda.com and on site. The German version of these terms is authoritative.
2.1 The presentation of offers on the website is an invitation to book, not a binding offer.
2.2 The contract is concluded when you complete the booking by clicking the payment-obligation button ("Buy now") and we confirm the booking by email.
2.3 Every booking requires a customer account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, in particular your email address.
3.1 Technique & Musicality (T&M): weekly class on Tuesdays, 20:00–22:00, organized in blocks of 4 sessions each ("block"). Each block is built around one song with its combo and choreography.
3.2 Shines & Body Movement (S&B): rolling weekly class on Wednesdays, 20:00–21:30.
3.3 Workshops: one-off events with their own date, venue and price, as announced.
3.4 Both classes are open level and danced solo; no partner is required. Venues are stated at booking. We reserve the right to minor changes (e.g. a room change within Munich).
4.1 All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is shown (small-business scheme / EU small-business scheme).
4.2 Payment is processed online by our payment provider Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). For subscriptions, the chosen payment method is stored for recurring charges.
4.3 Discount codes are redeemed at checkout only and apply only to the product categories they name. For subscriptions, a valid code reduces every charge for as long as the subscription runs and the code is active.
5.1 A single session entitles you to attend the session chosen at booking.
5.2 The Try-Out (reduced first session) can be booked once per person and covers one session of your choice (T&M or S&B). It does not apply to workshops.
6.1 T&M Package: all 4 sessions of a block chosen at booking; the chosen block must start within 8 weeks of purchase. Includes the swap right under section 9.
6.2 S&B Package: 4 tickets, valid for 8 weeks from purchase. Sessions are chosen in the booking manager and can be changed until a session starts.
6.3 Full Package: one T&M block (section 6.1) plus 4 S&B tickets valid 8 weeks from purchase. No swap right (both classes are already included).
7.1 Subscriptions renew per cycle: per block for the T&M and Full subscription, per 4 tickets for the S&B subscription. Each Full cycle comprises the next T&M block plus 4 S&B tickets.
7.2 The first payment is due at booking. Every further charge is made 3 days before the next cycle begins (T&M/Full: before the first session of the next block; S&B: before the first class not covered by tickets) using the stored payment method. The product price valid at the time of the charge applies.
7.3 Minimum term: 3 charges.
7.4 Cancellation: any time with 14 days' notice before the next cycle begins, via your account. With shorter notice, one more cycle runs. A cancellation within the minimum term takes effect at the end of the minimum term. Cycles already paid remain unaffected.
7.5 Unused S&B tickets from subscriptions do not expire at the next charge; they keep their own 8-week validity from the payment that granted them.
7.6 If a charge fails, we retry for up to 7 days. During this time, future bookings from the subscription are paused. If payment is not made, the subscription ends; amounts outstanding from the minimum term remain due.
8.1 S&B tickets each entitle you to one S&B class within their validity. Sessions are chosen in the booking manager and can be changed until a session starts.
8.2 Tickets not used within their validity expire without replacement.
9.1 A T&M session you cannot attend can be swapped, free of charge, for the S&B class of the same calendar week (Mon–Sun). The swap is available until the target class starts, via the booking manager.
9.2 For the T&M Package, the swap must be used within the package validity.
10.1 If we must cancel a session (e.g. illness, venue failure), we inform you by email and in your account, stating the reason.
10.2 Compensation: for ticket-based bookings, the ticket is credited back. For single sessions, you receive an equivalent replacement ticket. For block-based bookings (package/subscription), you may book another class of the same calendar week instead. For workshops, we refund the price.
11.1 For contracts for leisure services with a specific date or period, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB. This covers all bookings of sessions, blocks, tickets, workshops and subscription cycles with fixed dates.
11.2 Regardless, you can contact us any time (info@salsaseda.com) — goodwill solutions remain possible without any entitlement to them.
If you do not attend a booked session, there is no entitlement to a refund or replacement session; the swap right under section 9 remains unaffected.
13.1 Participation requires normal physical fitness. If you have health restrictions, talk to us and, if needed, a doctor beforehand.
13.2 We accept no liability for cloakroom or personal items, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
14.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.
14.2 For simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
14.3 Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Recordings taken in class in which you are recognizable are published only with your consent. You may revoke consent at any time with effect for the future.
We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of changes; for existing accounts, the new version applies once you accept it. For running subscriptions, changes take effect no earlier than the next cycle.
17.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your state of residence remain unaffected.
17.2 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
17.3 Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
